Exchanges
- Eligibility: We offer exchanges for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Personalized Items: Please note that personalized items (e.g., name necklaces, initial bracelets) cannot be exchanged unless there is an error in the personalization made by us.

Refunds
- Eligibility: We offer refunds for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
